Villa Bougainville is a boutique hotel renovated in April 2015 and located in the heart of Nice, in the Musician's district. The property was originally constructed in 1928 and provides a warm cosy environment.

What was the highlight of Villa Bougainville by Happyculture
Good
The hotel was okay overall. The location was decent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the free coffee and water station — a nice touch.
The room was quite small and I didn’t like that the bathroom had a sliding door, which didn’t offer much privacy. The walls were very thin — we could hear everything from neighboring rooms, as well as the lift and hallway doors, which woke us up early in the morning. It was fine for a short stay, but I’d probably look for something a bit quieter next time.

Basic staying with nice staff
We got a good sized room in second floor with a huge bathroom. Water pressure and temperature was really good! Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was okay, mainly bread, toppings, eggs, bacon and yoghurt. Very good orange juice.
Found a cockroach in our room one day :O Near the railway station, however, there was no train from the airport.
